Pour the required amount of vegetable into a bowl, add a little bit lukewarm water and the it stand. Now you ca add one of out food supplements - for example oil (Salmon or other Marp oils) or a food supplemen (for example Marp Kelp). Mix well. Now you can add one of the meat cans Marp.
